Error: “Unable to update 9060” IN CSI

Error: “Unable to update 9060” while applying for Leave Encashment.

Solution: 

1. Enter the concerned employee id in PA30
2. Click on create button(encircled).
3. The popup screen shows subtypes(Quota and LTC Encashment days tracking)
4. Please select Quota

5. Maintain info type 9060 in pa30 and create “Quota” and then save

6. If the quota is less than 60, enter the extra quota in deducted column.
7. (Example- Quota is 50, enter 10 in deducted column).

 

IF non deduction then directly save it. System by default shows your leave encashment days that is 60 days. Start Date will be Joining date of the employee.
