ब्लॉक 2018 के दौरान केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों के लिए छुट्टी यात्रा रियायत किराया के बदले विशेष कैश पैकेज के संबंध में प्राप्त होने वाले प्रश्नों के बारे में स्पष्टीकरण।

अधोहस्ताक्षरी को निर्देशित किया जाता है कि वह ओ.एम. यहां तक ​​कि 12 वीं अक्टूबर 2020 की संख्या और अक्सर पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्न मेे भी उपरोक्त विषय पर 20 अक्टूबर 2020, 10 नवंबर 2020 और 25 नवंबर 2020 की सम संख्या के ओएम जारी किए।

2. मंत्रालयों / विभागों ने निम्नलिखित के संबंध में प्रश्न / स्पष्टीकरण उठाए हैं:

(i) क्या वास्तविक एलटीसी योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए किसी पूर्व सूचना की आवश्यकता है?

(ii) वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए LTC को 31 दिसंबर, 2020 तक के लिए बढ़ा दिया गया था। क्या मार्च, 2021 तक इस ब्लॉक के तहत दावे किए जा सकते हैं?

3. इस संबंध में यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि स्पेशल कैश पैकेज 2018-21 के बीच ब्लॉक के लिए लंबित LTC के बदले में है और इस योजना का लाभ उठाने के लिए बिल 3l .03.2021 से पहले जमा किए जाने हैं। एलटीसी योजना के मामले में पूर्व सूचना नहीं दी गइ और वर्ष 2018- I 9 के लिए (31.12.2020 तक विस्तारित) दावा किया जा सकता है, यह दावा 31.03.2021 से पहले किया जा सकता है।

4. यह सक्षम प्राधिकारी की मंजूरी के साथ जारी करता है।

Clarification regarding queries being received  in respect of Special Cash Package equivalent in lieu of Leave Travel Concession Fare for Central Government Employees during the block 201 8-21 .

The undersigned  is directed to refer to O.M. of even number dated 12^th October 2020 and the frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)  issued vide OM of even  number dated  20^th  October  2020, 10^th  November 2020 and  25^th  November  2020 on the subject  mentioned  above.

2. Ministries/Departments have raised queries/clarification with regard to :

(i) Whether any prior information is required just like availing the actual LTC Scheme?

(ii) The L'I'C for the year 2018-19 Block was extended up to 31^st  December, 2020. Whether claims can be made under this block till March,2021 ?

3. In this regard it is clarified that the Special Cash Package is in lieu of pending LTC for the Block between 2018-21 and bills for availing this scheme are to be submitted before 3l .03.2021. No prior intimation as is being given in the case of LTC Scheme is required and for the year 2018- I 9(extended till 31.12.2020), the claims can be made before 31.03.2021 .

4. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
